4 months...after more than 120 days...me and the other trainee are still 'out of electronic devices'...this is getting ridiculous...we dont have work emails, no telephones, no computers..
what are we suppose to do without all these? we have to share one single computer which belongs to another team...do you believe it? so there is only one solution..i have to say..I am not asking much here..I just need an environment to learn with basic needs..is it that difficult for a bank to offer this to its new recruited staffs? how are they going to retain talented people with this kind of standards? I am angry...everyday I walk into the office and wondering what to do for the next 8 hours...I dont really feel that the company needs us...if you dont utilize us, you are definitely wasting your resources...that will end my entry today!
